The tasting is done blind, meaning the tasters do not know the wines they are tasting beforehand or during the tasting.

The CIVAS competition, organized by the Spain Sommeliers and AkataVino Magazine, is the only contest held in Spain exclusively open to wines and wineries invited by the organizing committee through nomination.

The jury is entirely composed of sommeliers selected from over 60 panel members available for the organization’s tastings. The Jury Commissioners consist of an Expert Committee: members of the Spanish Professional Wine Tasting Society (SECP).

This is a historic milestone for our wineries! Thanks to all our employees and customers who help us grow every day and make it possible to achieve these wonderful distinctions.
