Production:
The “Colección Privada 2020 Vicens Palmer” is crafted from a careful selection of grapes from the Macià Batle winery’s own vineyards in Mallorca. The grape varieties used include Mantonegro, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which impart complexity and aromatic nuances.
