Production:
Negre Dolç 2018 by Macià Batle is a sweet red wine made exclusively from the native Mantonegro variety. This wine is produced from late-harvest grapes, allowing them to reach optimal ripeness and ensuring the natural sugar levels that give the wine its characteristic sweetness. After a pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation takes place at 20ºC in small stainless steel tanks, keeping the wine in contact with the skins to extract its full aromatic and flavor potential. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, adding complexity and depth to its profile.
