Xeremia Prensal Blanc is a fresh and aromatic wine made exclusively from the native Premsal Blanc grape variety of Mallorca. The grapes are harvested in mid-September, and the juice is carefully extracted using pneumatic presses to ensure the purity of the must. After removing impurities, the wine ferments with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of no more than 17ºC in new French oak barrels, where it rests for 6 months before being bottled. The wine then matures for an additional 6 months in the bottle.
