Maceración Carbónica Tinto 2023 from Macià Batle is a young and expressive red wine, made from a selection of native red grape varieties from Mallorca. Using the carbonic maceration technique, whole grapes are fermented in a carbon dioxide-rich environment within closed tanks, allowing for intracellular fermentation.
