Margalida Llompart 2018 is a red wine crafted from a careful selection of grapes from the Mantonegro, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah varieties. After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of varietal aromas. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, which impart complexity and characteristic aromatic nuances.
